How much per hour do cleaning services cost?
Cleaning Services are priced by the job, not by the hour. A Customer Service Representative will provide you with a price for the job that you want to have done.
Are you insured?
We are fully licensed, insured and bonded.
What are your office hours?
Our offices are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
What if I want some extra room's cleaned or extra work done on my next visit?
You need to call the main office at (919) 465-2203 to request the extra work. Sometimes the type of extra work you want requires a team other than your regular team and we need to schedule the right technicians to handle your special request.
What times can I choose for my cleaning?
We have three different time slots: First appointment of the day which will be at approximately 8:45 - 9:00am, between 11AM -12PM or afternoon between 1-2 pm. It is impossible to guarantee an exact time a crew will arrive due to team size, emergencies, weather, and other uncontrollable factors. Most clients leave a key with us so they will not be inconvenienced.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, we absolutely do.
Do you come to my home for an estimate?
Yes, we provide a free no obligation in home estimate.
Do I have to be home when the cleaners are there?
No, entry to the home will be handled with you prior to cleaning day.
Can I solicit or hire your cleaners on your teams?
The fact that you like our cleaning staff that much flatters us. It means we have done our job to train, pre-screen, check their references and maintain a drug-free workplace. It is also costly. We are not an employment agency and do not expect our customers to solicit our associates. Our associates have signed agreements not to work for any of our clients on a personal basis and it is illegal for them to do so.
Do I give you my key?
If you would like, over 95% of our clients put trust in us with thier keys.
Do I supply the cleaning supplies and vacuum cleaner?
We supply everything necessary, to do the job. If you would like us to use something different just leave it out for us.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, Our professionally trained staff works hard to keep your business. Please note that we require a 24 hr. notice for cancellations to avoid a $35.00 service charge.
Do I have to lock up my pets?
No, We love pets.
Do you bill us?
Payment is due on the day of service.
